Sorry I haven’t written. Turns out there is always something to be done when you’re living on a farm. And when you’re not doing something, you’re either eating or too tired to do anything.
I’ve been busy in the dairy making cheese and yogurt. I’ve also been baking whoopie pies (I think I have the recipe down, but will be testing different chocolate brands). I’ve also been helping with the lacto-fermentation of veggies. Otherwise, I’ve been fruit picking and cooking and reading. Occassionally, I’ll knit, but it’s so hot!! I will post more regularly, I promise. Things are great here!! Buy local, y’all.
